After you become a free member, we will notify you by e-mail when there is a suitable box for your profile. In Try and Pick, you come across 2 different box types: Free boxes and Exclusive boxes. You don't need to pay anything to get the free boxes. Shipping costs are also included! All you have to do is to request the box within the specified time and then share your comments about the products you have tried with us through the system.

Exclusive boxes, which we publish from time to time and consisting of travel or original size products of luxury cosmetic brands, are chargeable; It is at a much more affordable price than the market value. Whether or not you buy these boxes does not affect your chances of seeing a free monthly box.

Question How do I try a free product?

Once a month, we offer free boxes, mostly trial size and sometimes original size products, according to the profile of our members. The more you fill your profile, the greater your chances of trying the product. Not just interests; Age, gender, shopping habits, in short, every question you answer in the questionnaire we have created to get to know you better constitutes its profile. 

These free boxes are defined on the profiles of the members that comply with the target audience they want to inspect the products of the brands we cooperate with and the criteria they have communicated to us. The information you have communicated to us in our survey and the TryandPick Free Boxes you have previously received can affect the contents of the boxes, so different brands and products may appear from our members' boxes.

If you have a free box defined in your profile, you will be notified by e-mail. There will be a certain amount of time to request this box defined in your profile. This time may be different for each box. If you do not request your box within the specified time, your right will be transferred to another member.

TryandPick boxes are not subscription-based; In other words, it is not enough to just fill out your profile to get a box. When there is a box defined in your profile, you can send it "Send Free Now!" You have to request by pressing the button.

Question I do not come across any product, why?

Products are defined according to the suitability of the target audience of the relevant brands to your profile. The eligibility of your profile is determined by the questionnaire you filled out while signing up for TryandPick. The more you fill your profile, the greater your chances of trying the product. If you have questions about the products you have tried before, we recommend that you answer them too, because filling in your comments completely will increase your chances of trying new products.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: You may not always see a free box defined in your profile. If you do not meet the criteria of the common target audience of the brands in that month, the box may not be defined in your profile. In addition to general filters such as age, gender, interests; Detailed targets such as shopping and consumption habits are also made. These criteria are determined by the brands of that month. TryandPick is only an intermediary between the brand and the target audience that the brand wants to reach.

If you do not request the box defined in your profile within the specified time, your box right will be transferred to another member. If you have a free box defined in your profile, you will be notified by e-mail.
